My name is David Losh, a life long resident to Seattle, and the husband of Elsa Losh the founder of Seattle House Cleaning.
Since 1984 my main business has been Real Estate with a specialty of preapring properties for sale. Marketing properties lead to me to cleaning. As one long time agent said, “Any place will sell if it’s clean enough.” We found that to be true on many occasions.
Elsa started doing regular house cleaning in 1998. She has a gift that is shared in her entire family. The business grew as a side business until 2007 when the Real Estate market crashed.
We have both worked full time cleaning houses on a regularly scheduled basis since then. The business has grown.
This blog is a resource of sorts. I’ll post articles about the business of cleaning, growing a small business, and tips of how you can keep a cleaner home, for personal enjoyment.
